Wings - dry to the bone. You can tell they have been previously fried. Potato wedges - appetizer came with burn(black) caramelized onions. It was returned to kitchen and new order did not come with onions. Onion rings - it was a sponge full of oil. It was clear to me the onions had been fried with old/dirty oil. Had to returned onions rings back to kitchen. Waiter - Hannah could care less if food was satisfactory or not. At least she kept us hydrated by bringing frequent refills. Overall - quality of food was horrible.
Place gave me food poisoning and service was awful.
Is it typical that every SINGLE screen have on the VERY SAME game?! If you're not a fan of this, frequent some place else. After asking my server, can we switch it up, I was told 'the manager is not willing to turn the television to any other games'. OH! OH! Not willing? OH
Wings were dry and crunchy the service was slow to start took them over 10 minutes to even come to our table The only redeeming factor was the ice cream nachos those are good
Horrible service, no refills, my meal came out wrong but I never had a chance to say anything since we had no service. Table next to us just spent 25 minutes getting their change. Will wait a long time before trying it again.
Worst service ever! Sat at the table 5 minutes before we got help. Then ordered 2 sweet teas. Got our food. Our waitress never came to check on us for a long minute. Then proceeded to bring back unsweetened tea; not once but twice! Even after being told its sweet tea! Twice the service here has let us down. They either need better training or more help! Either way based on the other reviews I'm not impressed.
