We will not be frequenting this establishment again anytime soon. We waited an hour for our food and when it arrived at our table the salad was room temperature and all the food that should have been hot was lukewarm. And to top things off, we didn't even get the celery that was supposed to come with the meal...even telling the server that we still wanted them. When we asked to speak to the manager he took his time responding to us and never came back to check on us or apologize once we did get our food. I guess he didn't ca... read more
Waited over two hours for 25 wings. When they finally arrived, they weren't even that great. Told us to call management the next day and let them know about our experience. Horrible.
Giving it two stars because "hate" is a strong word. Lol. 20 minutes wait drinks, 45 minutes and counting on wings...
My wings and my mothers wings were hard as a rock and you could not eat it. My mom sent them back. My daughters food was cold and had to be sent back before the waitress left the table. Horrible service and from the manager as well. Water in the womens bathroom was so hot you could not wash your hands. Will NOT be back!
Had lunch with my husband and two boys, Nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful waitress. Tasty food, Happy family! Looking forward to our next visit, hopefully sans children
I think everything was phenomenal. I had a shaken strawberry margarita, which was excellent. Then had the snack boneless Asian zing. Asian zing is the best flavor I have tasted! Service was great! Her name was Brittany definitely coming back!
I like the restaurant, but at this location. It was 30 minutes since we ordered when they came to confirm what sauces we ordered. Really? So wait even longer for our food.
