Waited for 1 hour on the phone to place an order and no one never ever answer my call this was on a Tuesday. The had my sister try to call it keep sending her to voicemail. This was on October 22 around 6pm

This is my 1st time going to BWW. I'm not impressed. The hostesses and greeters were talking amongst themselves. The prices are per wing, and sizes are vague to their real price tags. I seriously thought it would be $40 to $50 for 2 adults and 1 kid to eat. The bill with tip came in just under $100!!! Holy crap!!! We got 3 orders of wings, 1 appetizer, and 1 salad = $100! No alcohol. Nothing else. We could have ate at Fogo De Chäo at these prices and been full. Y'all are out of my price range, that's for sure...

Horrible service. The waiter took 15 minutes before she even acknowledged us. Then took another 15 minutes to get us our drinks. Then she brought my sons apple juice and no straw. Terrible.
Just walked in to this location that I have come to for years. Asked Bartender, who looked new, if she knew how to make my drink. She shook her head no. I got up to leave. Hostess asked the problem... told her, she shrugged and left to seat a party. My drink was an OLD FASHIONED! Going home to make my own and save the $50 I usually spend here. ugh
Got there at 215 took drink orders at 222 walked out at 250 after not receiving anything we ordered.
After reading the comments, I was expecting bad service but we sat at the bar and service was great, food was hot, but drinks were weak. Ordered a double and that fixed that issue.
