made an appointment for my 18 year old daughter car. parts were not ordered and she was sent away because it was not convenient for then even cut a key for her. must have been they were not making enough money from a single key. now she has to drive 156 miles home without a key to get into her trunk. hope she doesn't have a flat. worst customer service ever. run off a 18 year old girl with money just wanting to get in her trunk

Teton Toyota is amazing. Bought a used car in August, but any problem that has come up, they are quick to help. (At no charge, including oil changes). Chris and Justin are Awesome (sales) and Kurt (and service team) are amazingly efficient!
We came in for service and we were pleased with the whole process. My husband is a mechanic by trade, so it was kind of a test to see if anyone would BS us about the issue and if it was under warranty. They didn't and it was covered. We are happy campers. When we get a new vehicle, we'll probably buy it from them. It was worth the drive.
