I have been on the search for a vehicle to fir my family's needs for quite a few months but have some credit issues. But like always, Teton got it done! My experiences with Teton Toyota have been amazing every single time. For both cars I have been there for, the salesmen were knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. Everyone there did everything they could to make the process quick and easy. Teton Toyota's team is the best!
I thought they were great until my stuff was stolen out of my car, and they treated it like I was imagining my stuff was gone. I know what was in my car, so there' re either covering for someone or they treat people like they are stupid, but either way I would think they would rectify it but I got no apology , no nothing. We were desperately in need of a car after a bad accident a few weeks ago. Teton Toyota was quick to help us and ensure we ended up in our dream car. Every time we go there the people are great, and they have good hot chocolate too.
Brought my truck in for a full service including oil/transmission/front and rear diff/ and tune up, new wheels, a new grill, and a full detail service. While the people I interfaced with were pleasant and courteous, I have to say that I am disappointed in the quality of the actual work. Super pushy and pulled our credit after telling us they wouldn't. Very unethical wouldn't recommend them at all. I tried getting in contact with them to make things right and they have not tried to get back with me. Super dissappointed
Absolute worst service I have ever had at a car dealership. Paperwork was near completed and in route to get a final trade value. While in route I was contacted twice wondering where I was in my 200 mile route, 20 minutes away from the dealership I was contacted by another salesman notifying me the truck I was coming to finish up the final paperwork had been sold. Contacting (Chris) in sales about this issue acted as if I was at fault. You can get fucked Teton Toyota
