no matter what I need done to my car, from simple oil change to tire rotation to checking the brakes. It takes over an hour everytime, and most of the time over an hour and a half. not sure what takes so long when these other oil change places can have an oil change and inspection done in 20 minutes.

Our engine oil drained out of our engine due to a faulty oil cooler hose. Toyota let me look at the oil and after finding metal filings in the oil they inspected the engine. Toyota replaced the short block and had the car back to us quick. They even provided a replacement highlander for over a week with unlimited miles. No cost to us in the end. I’m from Utah and in Idaho Falls on business. I called to see if Teton could install an alternator for me. I was told to bring it in and they’d get it done. They did and for the price quoted! Thanks!!!
