I took my car in today because I heard a rattle noise in my door. Turns out they want to replace my whole door. I'm not particularly excited. in fact it's very concerning but I appreciate how hard they are trying to make sure everything is covered under my warranty. Even including my rental vehicle. My husband and I have bought two trucks from Rich Hanyon a salesman out a Teton Toyota. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!! HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY 100% NO MATTER PETTY IT MIGHT BE TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. If in the future you plan on buying a Toyota ask for Rich Hanyon you'll be VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED.

I made an appointment for 9:30 this morning, giving the attendant my coupon. Over two hours later, my oil change was done. I have never waited this long for an oil change. And when I went to pay, the coupon had disappeared. I waited another amount of time while they went looking for it. The reason people make appointments is so that the wait times are kept to a minimum. I’m not sure I’ll come back.
