We love our Tundra. The guy who puts on all the races in the area drives one and swears by it. That was enough for us to get ours. We love it! Thanks for being such a great support in the community!
Wanted to say THANK YOU for helping my son's baseball team, the Idaho Falls Bandits, with their trip to Lewiston, ID! They will be riding to the State tourney in style! You guys Rock!
We were asked to pay for parts before getting service. We paid for parts and 8 hours labor @ 96.00 an hour as the estimate suggested. We then scheduled the work(glow plugs, cam sensor, cruise control switch) It was done in six hours. We over paid on labor and they offered no refund or credit.
Horrible customer service by sales. Got told I couldn't even look at a car or test drive one until they looked into financing why would I run my credit on a car I didn't even know that I even liked? So, I went and got a brand new car elsewhere....probably shouldn't judge your customers.
I gotta give a huge shout out to Teton Toyota!! Your team always takes care of me with such respect and kindness. I appreciate all the help and awesome service you always provide. I wouldn't buy a car from any other place! The little things do not go unnoticed!
