去年（2025年）砸了快30萬請特力屋整間浴室打掉整修，本來以為大品牌比較有保障，結果根本是惡夢的開始！ 施工時師傅把浴室門框直接「鎖裂」，後續根本沒有打算老實講，在完全沒經過我們同意的情況下，私底下隨便叫一個木工來用補土跟油漆抹一抹 被我們當場抓包，才心不甘情不願開立保固書。 結果不到一年，門上方兩側的磁磚大面積裂開，請他們來看，不檢討自己施工，居然開始甩鍋，扯什麼因為我們牆面是「輕隔間牆」，所以是外力造成的。 目前他們自知理虧，說願意重貼磁磚跟換門片但施工要整整1.5天，清潔費我們也沒有另外申請。我們一家人不能住在家裡，寵物要送去住宿，因為要監工還要跟公司請假，結果特力屋雙手一攤：「我們公司補償致意金只能5,000元」 這段期間一來一往完全沒有共識的回覆跟狀態真的超級困擾，希望大家要找他們之前三思，不要花了積蓄，卻得到了這樣的劣質的成果！
