Tried to buy a brand new Tesla, to replace my 3 year old Tesla. The process of buying a new car was so poor, so confusing, with such a dreadful service. I ended up not being able to buy a car! I was buying brand new and at list price. Clearly Tesla dont want to sell cars, so not sure what they are doing. So time to look for another brand that can at least sell me a car at list price and brand new!
We visited the Tesla in Stratford-upon-Avon dealership a couple of times and were warmly welcomed on both occasions. Louis and Molly were exceptional throughout. On our first visit, we were still in the research phase, exploring which electric car might be right for us.
