I have been going to Teresa's yoga classes and meditation sessions for over 5 years, she is an inspiration and a wonderful teacher. So good for mind, body and soul. Would recommend anyone to come along and see for yourself.
Teresa is a fantastic Dru yoga and meditation teacher. Her knowledge and experience is amazing. She has been my teacher for many years. Her classes are good fun, friendly and you feel nurtured.
Been going to the tuesday class for over 3 years . Teresa is a great teacher only letting you go into moves that your body wants to do on that day. A great friendly class and the relaxation at the end is totally blissfull. Highly recommend this class to everyone !!!.
