Be truthful and improve customer service: Parents were at TOC WALK IN CLINIC -sent there by Cardiac surgeon. They arrived at 11:30am 2 hours. They close at 12 for lunch. They told mom if she was back by 1 they would have appointment then. Mom had to go home and get insurance cards. John stayed. Well she lied. Mom was here before 1 as she told mom. RecommendedI just had my second hip replaced within 3 months and both times I did physical therapy at their Lenoir City location. The PT staff is wonderful. First they are awfully nice people who make you feel comfortable with the process. They convey a great sense of empathy for what you are going through and they work very hard and well with each other. Finally, you feel like they know you and your problems. I couldn't be happier with my recovery and give them most of the credit.

Recommendedeveryone seems to always be so compassionate and listens. takes their time so I don't feel like they are just herding cattle thru. I've been to other orthopedic clinics but this one by far surpasses.
