An hour and half waiting to even be seen! Nothing pisses me off more!!! It took a week & half to get appointment, it’s not like they didn’t know I was coming! Last time I’ll come here

I have NEVER in my life written a review,however, the way I was treated there is important to share. I do NOT recommend using TOC at all for any reason. The care I received was terrible. Then transitioning to another surgeon has been nothing but a headache because TOC wants to complicate me getting medical records and tests that I PAID in full for up front. Would highly recommend you find another provider

RecommendedSeen Dr.Ivie his bedside manners were great we signed in when we arrived filled out some paper work put in the exam room he came right in reviewed my xrays with us gave us his treatment plan then the nurse was back in with all the appts scheduled for therapy and my pre-op appt with him and we were there less than an hour. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning of the process to the end
