Recommendedmy 21 year old son was seen at the Quick Care location in Bearden following a car accident. I cannot say enough good things about the care that he received! I work in healthcare, so I really appreciate quality care and compassion. I found both of these at this clinic. Ther front office staff was very friendl, knowledgeable, and kind. The provider was very compassionate and respectful of our time without making us feel rushed. Thank you so much for everything! This clinic is what healthcare SHOULD be!

Be truthful and improve customer service: We were at TOC WALK IN CLINIC. We have been here sense 1130am 2 hours. They close at 12 for lunch. They told me if I was back by 1 we would have appointment then. I had to go home and get insurance cards. John stayed. Well she lied. I was here before 1 and she told me. That they had to take one for their doctors first. We would be next. Well they have taken almost everyone before him. Told me they were doing best they could. BULL.
