A great place to call home I have lived here for almost 3 years. The management is wonderful and the staff is friendly, attentive and cares about the people the grounds

Green leaf Tempe station This apartment complex very convenient in that it is very close to the light rail so it makes transportation easy for residents. Its rent is fairly priced for the size of the room and distance from the Tempe ASU campus. Also the maintenance here is super friendly and always willing to help. The only thing i can say that I think is inconvenient is that you can only pick up packages during certain hours on certain days.
About Green leaf This apartment complex is a great living area, very secured, very calm and great staff member that are always pleased to help you out with any concerns.

Great location Have lived here for years. Overall there have been ups and downs, but lately things have greatly improved. New maintenance team keeps grounds much better, office staff is friendly, great location, parking, and price compared to other communities in the area!

Good for students! I have lived in Green Leaf Tempe Station for five months already. It is convenient for students who go to ASU because the light rail station is just in front of the leasing center. Also, the facilities are great with a gym and swimming pools!

The best most inexpensive place in Tempe. The staff is great. They are always around and very helpful with anything you might need accommodated. The pool/gym facilities aren’t gross and dirty, maintenance is always around and very quick to come by your apt and help out!
