it is a great apartment! I've fallen in love with it since I lived here. The transportation is convenient. There are various supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The environment is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped.The best thing is that the staff is super friendly, you can ask for help if you have any difficulties, it feels like family. Excellent!

LOOK ELSEWHERE I moved here from out of state, with no walk through of the apartment before applying. Signed the lease the day I moved here and the day before I moved in. The apartment itself is average, good space with decent views depending on where you are located in the complex. Upon moving in, the main pool was closed for what seemed like forever. I believe it was about 2-3 months after I moved in in April before they actually opened the pool, they stated it was because they were renovating the fire place.. which who ca... read more

Do NOT move in!!! Do NOT live here!!! They don’t care about their residents and just want your money!!! They had cockroaches when I lived there and bugs. I paid to get out of my lease and now after NOT living there send me a letter to evict me!!! I haven’t lived there and I returned the keys!!!! I repeat do NOT live there!!! They won’t show you the kind of place you will be getting because they suck that’s why I left. If you want to be stuck in a place that doesn’t truly care about you and wants your money then go ahead.

Loving this place so far! I have been living here for a couple months now and, so far, I haven't had any issues with the complex or management! With my current rent, I think this is about appropriate or better than most apaprtments in this area with this price!

very bad officer I have here 1years,the officer never help you solve problems, only know how to create problems for you. Besides, the staff members have bad manners and are rude.

Look elsewhere! We toured this apartment at the end of February/early March and moved in March 15. The main pool was closed while we toured, but the girl who took us on the tour told us the pool in the front would be opened at the end of March. At the beginning of April, the main pool still wasn’t open. When I asked the office for an ETA, I was told there were some issues with the glass doors and they were looking at opening it at the end of April. Again, beginning of May, main pool still closed. Hello, so sorry for the frustration the renovations might've caused for you. Renovations took longer than expected and some unforeseen events happened. The fire pit was a visionary decision because come winter season, it'll be a little chilly at night. The pool is now open since last week on Monday, so now you can enjoy it! Terrible Management Green Leaf Tempe Station used to be so nice when under Apache Station management. Do not move here!! worst unprofessional management I have ever experienced in my life! They lose packages, money orders and do not fix or clean things in apartment prior to moving in. Our air condition was broken down for two weeks with no communication. They towed residents cars without permission. This is officially the worst place to live. Everyone in the office is clueless and lacks the skill to run an apartment complex.

Very unhappy experience My daughter was to move into her apartment 8/15/17 (move in day) and upon walking thru the front door, realized it was already occupied and trashed. by an unwanted, unknown occupant. How does a complex not know someone is illegally living in one of their units? And wasn't a proper walk thru done prior to my daughter occupying the unit? With college starting 2 days later and no where else to go, she had no other choice but to wait for the unit to be cleaned and repaired. She had to cancel movers that w... read more
