Good for students! I have lived in Green Leaf Tempe Station for five months already. It is convenient for students who go to ASU because the light rail station is just in front of the leasing center. Also, the facilities are great with a gym and swimming pools!

The best most inexpensive place in Tempe. The staff is great. They are always around and very helpful with anything you might need accommodated. The pool/gym facilities aren’t gross and dirty, maintenance is always around and very quick to come by your apt and help out!

Green Leaf Temepe Station I have loved everything about living here, the apartment was very clean and their office can answer all question, they are friendly and nice. Also, the facilities are great with a gym and swimming pools.

Great place to live I have lived here for over 4 years. Rent is stable. Well run operation. When something breaks they fix it. Great place to live.

Prompt service They fixed it up real fast whenever an appliance was having problems. The way each roommate can have their own lease is really nice, especially with how big and nice the apartments are and how low the cost is. And the pool and the gym have been clean every time I've gone.

It’s pretty good Price for square foot of space this is the best I found while on a budget of a grand a month or less. Also they actually have in unit washer dryers instead of just lying about it like other apartments do.
