Verified Renter I have been living here for over 3 years and any issue ive had has been resolved within a reasonable ammount of time, my neighbors are great. Some times there is noise but its all acceptable and living here feels safe.

Not Great, Not Bad Overall, I would say that my experience here has been average. The rent is outrageous, but so is everything these days. Everything in my apartment is a little off or needs some tweaking. For example, there is little to no caulking on the bottom of my shower tiles, the fans/lights are not the same style, the living room doesn’t have any lighting whatsoever (I had to buy a lamp), the apartment came with detached screens just sitting on the back porch, our dishwasher didn’t work from the start and still doesn... read more
Great property Walking on to this property and into the leasing office I was greeted by Sophia. She was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. She helped find the perfect unit for my boyfriend & I. We have been here for about 8 months and call this place home. Great staff & apartment Staff is always helpful with any questions or concerns. Management is always available for questions which is amazing compared to other apartments I’ve lived at in Arizona since moving for the east coast. Great price and size of my bedroom plus the renovation is great and go so well with the modern look for my home I was going for :)

Verified Renter Tempe station is in a great location, updated floor plans and amenities. The relationship between leasing staff, maintenance and the tenants definitely needs work but overall it’s a nice apartment to live in

Verified Renter Overall it’s a great place, the location is nice and it’s right across the street from one of the tram. The apartment holds its temperature almost perfectly, and I’ve always come back to a cool relaxing time :-)

Verified Renter The apartments and complex at Tempe Station are beautiful and spacious, however our apartment upon move in was not cleaned to our expectations. There was dry food on outlets and missing blinds and screens. Also, the amenities are often locked before they are supposed to close. Besides these inconveniences, we have enjoyed our stay at Tempe Station and look forward to the rest of our time here.
