Verified Renter Except for the little maintaince and repair issues inside the house the community is very well maintained and very comfortable to live at. The amenities are very well and i would highly recommend this apartments to my friends.

Verified Renter We didn't get the apartment we signed for because staff didn't realize A/C wasn't working in that unit until our move in was 2 days away, so we got sent to another unit, which had: Multiple maintenance issues on move in. No one here has the attention to detail necessary for preparing an apartment for new residents. Verified Renter Keeping it short and sweet. Great place to live, the staff is the best, maintenance requests go smoothly, it’s clean, it’s quiet, and I feel really comfortable and happy here. I have a renovated unit and all the appliances and just the unit in general is a nice place to be. Would definitely recommend living here, price is fair, and would completely disregard any old reviews. Doesn’t reflect what the management and property is now in my experience. Just come and see for yourself.

Verified Renter Homeless people come in and steal things off the balcony’s The payment system is confusing and inconvenient The apartment is run down, cheep, and not as advertised online The locks for the pool and gym are finicky and sometimes you can’t get in The gym doesn’t open until 8-8:30 so can’t work out in the morning.

Verified Renter I’ve had a really great experience with management and my overall living so far. I’ve heard some not so great things in the past and read some not so great reviews, but I think they were all because of the old management. So far I have had a really good experience with this management team and as far as the units go, I have a renovated one and couldn’t be happier with it. Amenities on the property are really great too.
