Don’t live here save your money I had the unfortunate experience of leasing a unit at Tempe Station, and I cannot express how disappointed I am with this place. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that the management here is utterly inept. First and foremost, the customer service is abysmal. The leasing consultants are completely unhelpful and seem to have no interest in addressing the numerous issues within the complex. Verified Renter We didn't get the apartment we signed for because staff didn't realize A/C wasn't working in that unit until our move in was 2 days away, so we got sent to another unit, which had: Multiple maintenance issues on move in. No one here has the attention to detail necessary for preparing an apartment for new residents. Maintenace issues including: dryer vent hose not attached to either dryer or wall (how does that even happen?!), dishwasher has parts not working properly, a leak under the bathroom sink caused by ... read more

Verified Renter Keeping it short and sweet. Great place to live, the staff is the best, maintenance requests go smoothly, it’s clean, it’s quiet, and I feel really comfortable and happy here. I have a renovated unit and all the appliances and just the unit in general is a nice place to be. Would definitely recommend living here, price is fair, and would completely disregard any old reviews. Doesn’t reflect what the management and property is now in my experience. Just come and see for yourself.
