Verified Renter I've loved Tempe Station for its right on the light rail location, well upkept grounds, and decent front desk/online help. I've had some problems with the management switching over from Green Leaf, and trouble getting mail and payments through with Covid complications.

Good It is a safe place and helpful staff. Good prices. Wide windows. Quiet, the front office equipped with computers and printers. The swimming pool is clean

Great place It's a good choice to live here. The environment is very good. And the facilities are in good condition. Also, I can take light rail to school.
Awesome! This place has a ton of fun events for the community. The pools are very nice and I always feel safe at night (there's night security that does walks). An amazing place to live with college roommates and families!
Student Friendly! Been here for about a year and really no complaints. It's great start to living on your own for the first time. Safe environment and affordable for broke students. Really great if you have roommates.
No complaints I really can't complain. A lot of memories AR being made here. My roommates and I are having a lot of fun.
