Very unhappy experience My daughter was to move into her apartment 8/15/17 (move in day) and upon walking thru the front door, realized it was already occupied and trashed. by an unwanted, unknown occupant. How does a complex not know someone is illegally living in one of their units? And wasn't a proper walk thru done prior to my daughter occupying the unit? With college starting 2 days later and no where else to go, she had no other choice but to wait for the unit to be cleaned and repaired. She had to cancel movers that w... read more
Best place to live in Tempe we have lived here for 51\2 years and our grateful for such a great place. The apartment management team have been exceptional. We truly look at Apache Station as home.
