My experience with Telikin has been a great one so far! I am more than pleased with the call I had with Nick today. He answered all my questions in terms of the computer, and helped tremendously with my giant printer issue. I was not able to print for some time, but with his help as with Telikin always does, the patience and knowledge helped me get back on! I appreciate the constant service you all provide!! Nick deserves a raise, 100%!

Ricky, you have been very helpful to me today. I am am a old lady about 78, purchased a new computer in hopes to learn the computer, I can fell your spirit, it is gentle,soft and delightful.
