I'm very happy with the customer service. I didn't know what I was doing when my email stopped working. Nick answered the phone and knew exactly how to help me. Telikin is so great for that and their speedy, helpful service that never stops helping seniors like me. 10/10 credit for the extra help, thank you Nick and Telikin!!

My experience with Telikin has been a great one so far! I am more than pleased with the call I had with Nick today. He answered all my questions in terms of the computer, and helped tremendously with my giant printer issue. I was not able to print for some time, but with his help as with Telikin always does, the patience and knowledge helped me get back on! I appreciate the constant service you all provide!!
