this evening I had the opportunity to speak with one of your representatives named Mary I had an issue again with my computer I can't believe how patient she was in walking me through this and we finally did get it working again I could never have done it without her and my messages were 5 days late and getting to me but now they're coming in so I cannot thank you enough and I certainly cannot thank her enough I give her at least 5 to 10 Stars easy and thank her for her time and for being so patient with me.

Nick did a good job today helping me get back on to my emails from Comcast, my WOW computer works great generally, but today I did need some help. Support always knows exactly what to do, and I couldn't be more pleased!
My experience with Marcus was WONDERFUL- great, and I'm extremely pleased with the service he provided to me. The Telikin computer is wonderful for me, I enjoy it on a lot on my free-time as a senior and it works wonderful for me!
Cori was great today. She was able to help me with ordering groceries and searching the web for information. Telikin is always helpful and I'd be lost without it. I could not navigate this computer without the VIP service. It's invaluable for $9.99 a month! All of your VIP support techs are wonderful, so very helpful, and patient. Anyone that doesn't know how to use a computer should have this!

The service I received today was very good. The person I spoke to, Nick, was very accommodating with me in getting my problem fixed up. There were emails that needed to be erased in an efficient manner from my computer, and with the help I was able to get that done in a fast manner.
