The Telikin is very helpful to me because I don't know how to do anything on the computer. It's helpful and very friendly, I like that I can actually talk to a person. Most times it's one recording after another, and after a while I don't remember what I was calling about. Cori was excellent and outstanding. I give her 6/6 stars.
I had a previous computer, before my Telikin, but it was given to my grand-kids. The telikin is a new experience for me. The call I had with Nick today was extremely good for me, I got all my questions asked and a new email setup. Super service and I highly recommend the service and computer for seniors like me!

Every time I have called for help, I have received very courteous, helpful, informative help on how to solve my problems. I love the wait time music- some of the other companies drive me a bit crazy with the hold music, but I quite enjoy the selection here. I have nothing but high praise for your company, including the employees I have talked to, like Nick. He was a great help today, appreciate it!
