The amount of time spent fixing the problem was quick- and straight to the point. And I like that! My problems were resolved with Nick today, and he helped me in learning how to delete a multitude of messages at once, along with fixing up my inbox to be much more practical for me!
The call today started off a bit rocky with figuring out the internet problem I was having. However as we went further into the call, it made much more sense. On the call with Nick I was able to have a better outlook of the situation and am very appreciative of that.
Calling in was very helpful. I received immediate with when Nick connected to my computer and went in to fix the problem I was having. He instructed me to reset my modem- which I was able to do, and within minutes the problem was fixed and my emails were back up. I'm super happy with the service today, and thank Nick for his excellent service!
I would just like to say I very much appreciate Nick's time today with helping me find a specific email I was looking for. I had taken some time trying to figure out what could be done and couldn't be more grateful for the extra help from support in finding it. Awesome work, 5 stars
Ricky was very patient with me and walked me through the job without any walk-back. Only had had a small interruption with another call, but he was still on the line and waiting. He got the job done. Greatly appreciate his service! I wish I could've given him 10 stars. Thank you!
Nick gave me wonderful and kind service. I wish for that type of service to be passed down to all customers his co-workers work with. It's greatly appreciated, and to be greeted with a kind warm voice makes my day. People know they need to be valued for what they're doing- and no job is insignificant. I am a big believer in people being valued for who they are. I hope the rest of the year goes well for everyone, and all their families are well!

I'm very happy with the customer service. I didn't know what I was doing when my email stopped working. Nick answered the phone and knew exactly how to help me. Telikin is so great for that and their speedy, helpful service that never stops helping seniors like me. 10/10 credit for the extra help, thank you Nick and Telikin!!
