I just wanted to leave a review and say that Nick was extremely helpful with me. This is my first time using a Telikin so I was a bit unsure how to get it online with my old email. Nick was very patient and helpful with notifying me on how to get it connected, and furthermore assisting me with the process. I now have a new email and I couldn't be happier!
5 STARS today!!! I'm fairly new to using new computer things like the Telikin. I want to thank Nick for his expert help today with learning how to Unzip files and being able to listen to my audios. It means so much to me. I learned a new skill- and that is learning how to setup the folders! It's so accessible for me now and I super duper appreciate that, it was great!!

I thank god for the person who took the time out with me who showed me how to use my computer. Nick helped me and he was the absolute best! His customer service skills were absolutely the best. My document is all written and emailed out.
Matthew spoke to me very kindly. He took the time to speak very slowly, assisted with me the computer and has repeated any details that I did not understand. I felt secure with his information and I accomplished everything I wanted, setting up the computer, so I will not hesitate calling customer support in the future! Thank you Matt!
My call with Nick today was extremely great. I called in to get my questions answered in terms of my computer's WiFi- which unfortunate to us stopped working. I had another agent, Josh, helped us as well before that who helped tremendously as well! Both agents helped me get my WiFi working again and I could not be happier with the great- and wonderful experience.
