I appreciate my time with Cori because she was articulate, skillful, and patient. She told me things I didn't know. I think she was awesome and deserves a raise because she was really the best representative I've ever had!
When I called in today about my printer, I received Nick over the phone. He talked me through what to do to get connected to the printer again after it was disconnected. It was a calm experience and very easy to complete. I think the Telikin has been working very well for me. I found out how to navigate with it overtime and it's working perfect!
Today on the phone with Nick, he was very patient and informative with me. With getting logged onto the bank it took a few tries but we got it to work with some hard work and now all of it is laid out for me in an easy to understand way. Thank you!!!
I absolutely love, LOVE the computer! The service help, Nick for example today, helped me so much as a 93 year old who requires a little more patience than the average person. With his help I was able to get my printer all hooked up and working again! Without Telikin's help over the phone it wouldn't be possible to do so much. I am super grateful!
