Nick helped and explained to me which of the options I have, and helped me pick the correct URL's from the web that don't have the incorrect AD link. It was very helpful and got me connected!
Corey F was/is wonderful to speak with today and we have had his assistance before. Been completely satisfied with Corey. He is patient and speaks clearly for us to understand what we should be doing with our new computer. Today our call consisted of transferring photos from a flash drive and Scan Disk. Corey took my questions with great understanding and worked them out for our application. Am totally impressed with his further suggestion for a power line adapter to help our signal.

Ricky was very knowledgeable and took control of a printer issue, and he was bale to get it connected!. He is very professional, happy with the results! Ricky was my Printer Hero!
Cori was very helpful and patient as I'm very old and it can be hard to get through to me. She waited on the phone for me 2-3 times and I just couldn't ask for a better service from anybody.
