Each time I have called my WOW customer support they have come through for me. I have had the WOW for many years. This time I purchased a new HP All in One Printer and it was not easy for me. It would not connect with my computer even though it was known to be compatible. Corey F***** took on my call and we got started. My experience has been an enjoyable one for a person who's 82 years old. I have really began to somewhat like dealing with computers. Marcus I have gotten a few times. He has been extremely patient with always over one hour or a little more!!!! Marcus is an extremely nice young man!!!! Anything I need and I mean need he always comes through with flying colors!!!! When I hear his voice I am so very happy that I got him!!!! Marcus is an extremely valuable employee!!!!
