Joke of an organisation. Avoid wherever you can. Awful customer service and almost impossible to get in touch with.
I will never buy from Ticketek again. Tickets have not arrived for a gig in 3days time. The website says 'awaiting dispatch' but they say the tickets should be with you 1 week prior to the event and to contact them if they have not arrived. I have now spent 30minutes trying to find a contact number and it is impossible. Rubbish service. Total RUBBISH.
Terrible company! Avoid at all costs
The experience with this company has been nothing short of awful and I would not recommend them to anyone.
