Great, great service. Prices were surprisingly reasonable, with a real local feel. Tony customized my bike, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the fit, and with using its functions. I will definitely be back.
Personal service is the only service style at Ted's on any bike you own. He has taken care of our four bike bought in Texas and we love our new Giant's we got this year at Ted's. Thanks Tony and Merry Christmas.
Tony always take care of our needs and customizes our bikes for our riding styles and trails. We have bought so many bikes..... I can't keep track. Love my newest hybrid Giant for this time of year!
The only place I get my parts. Has everything I need
They have a lot of stuff there, but didn't seem friendly like they say in the ad. I asked the older guy (probably the owner) about a problem with a wheel. He asked if I had built the wheel and then just said OH! and went on to someone else. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but I was buy parts from them to fix it and I have built a lot of wheels before. Bicycle shops are often condecending to thier customers. If they arn't going to help, it's easier to just order stuff online
Went to buy a bike and needed accessories. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions (be they about the bike ,accessories or just about places to ride), attach all accessories and properly fit me for shoes to clip in to the bike and adjust the cleats to the way I ride naturally. The staff ended up staying at work an extra hour due to my husband and I, but they never complained, and told us to stay even when we offered to come back tomorrow to finish up.
