Customer service at Ted's is TOP NOTCH. Tony is the nicest, most helpful guy ever. I went in for a bike fit, and he listened to me and took his time to make sure the process enhanced my overall riding experience. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about people.
Rented a Giant Trance 2.0 for two days and couldn’t have had a better experience. Friendly employees, great rental selection, and the best rental prices around. Will definitely be back here next time I’m in town.

Really great little shop with very helpful and friendly owner! Ordered something specially for us from their catalogue and had it within a week. Will definitely come back here in future for anything for my bicycle.
