Went in yesterday and had a good experience...went back today and was treated horribly. Staff member was rude and actually refused to help me. Lost my business forever as I will never return.

RecommendedThey kept me informed about what was needed to fix my bike, and repaired it quickly. They helped me get the bike into my car, took the front wheel off so it would fit and gave me a little lesson how to reattach it. When I got home I was having trouble getting the front brake hooked up again. Tony came to my house to get it attached. That was service going above and beyond the usual. Thank you Corben, Ryan, and Tony!

I am a very demanding consumer. I complain when I feel it is justified. But I also don’t let good service go unnoticed. If you want to buy a bike Ted’s is the place to do it. Because of our travels we had the opportunity to shop in Pennsylvania, Missouri And Colorado. We visited probably 10 or 15 different stores. Ted’s bicycles were by far the best of the group. Fantastic service by professional technicians. My Trek (an old beast) has never ridden better, and here’s the best part - the total was less than the estimate! Buying my next bike there in the spring!
Ted's is friendly service first ! I was so worried I had broken my bike but they reassured me it could be fixed and the did the fixing in short order too!. Thank you so much!
Stopped in to get new tires for my hybrid, and the salesperson examined my tires and he said that I had quite a few miles left on my tires, so he told me not to waste my money on a new set. When was the last time anything like that happened? Besides he aired up my tires and installed new valves free of charge. I'll go there for my next bike.
