Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. I know nothing about bicycles and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right bike for my lifestyle and my budget. They made sure it fit me perfectly and are all very knowledgeable about what they do. I will be going to them for all my bicycle needs.
Great, great service. Prices were surprisingly reasonable, with a real local feel. Tony customized my bike, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the fit, and with using its functions. I will definitely be back.
Personal service is the only service style at Ted's on any bike you own. He has taken care of our four bike bought in Texas and we love our new Giant's we got this year at Ted's. Thanks Tony and Merry Christmas.
