Left a previous salon unhappy with a colour, came to teddies and left super pleased, will definitely be back in the near future 😊
Went to get a half head highlights and a trim a couple of weeks ago. It took ages and I wound up with a full head of highlights as hairdresser thought this would be best, bit too blonde for me now honestly. Checked my bank statement when I got back from holiday, only to find Teddies had taken a £40 deposit on my card over the phone without my approval. I paid £95 at the end of the appointment. Sorry but this is true. There’s a fine line between arrogance and confident. The staff here are rude, arrogant and try to make you feel like rubbish. Pay extra and go Reds up the road. Avoid at all costs.
