Made it here for a session to train Muay Thai. It's so far from me but rejigging my diary so that I will be able to go down once a week. Great coaching and friendly students. Coach was fully engaged for the whole session (no messing about on his phone as you can sometimes see at other gyms). Really controlled sparring - everyone respected that I wanted to go light and I felt very safe. Great value at £10 walk in for 1.5hrs training. Looking forward to returning when I get my week rescheduled!
