Awful customer service, unresponsive, and does not provide any sort of communication other than strictly through the mail, not email, not through text or call. Really wild.
I’ve had Plymouth Rock Teacher’s Insurance for years and luckily have never had to deal with them regarding an auto accident until now. It’s been an absolutely awful and terrible experience with them. I spoke to a representative on the phone and filed a claim for my accident.
