This bank will never get my business both personally and for my business. Let me explain..... went to cash a $141.00 check drawn on this TD Bank , and I’m not a customer. This happened at the branch today Friday, March 30, 2018 at Interstate Shopping Center, Ramsey, New Jersey. I WAS CHARGED $7.00 TO CASH THIS CHECK..... STAY AWAY, AND I WILL NEVER BECOME A CUSTOMER!!!!��

Td Bank on Annapolis rd. Maryland This bank has terrible customer service. No one attends to you, they just leave you to sit for a longggg time with two personnel who are extremely slow. I am currently only here to get a replaced card to my account and have been sitting and waiting already for 30min. There is a gentleman ahead of me that had to of been waiting at least close to 1hr! I am the court-appointed conservator for a 94-year-old lady and tried to set up a CD for her. TD Bank offered a promotional rate of 1.0% which is low but better than most of their other rates. When the CD printed out, it was at 0.2%, and I was given some story about it updating to the correct rate by the next business day. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.
