Well my account has officially been hacked again at TD Bank. They can not se m to protect my money and then tell me it will be 10 days for return of my money. Am I getting a bank credit for their horrific service? Also I was on hold for 23 minutes and no one came on the phone to speak with me. Outstanding!

They are the worst. We closed our bank account because it was so awful. A couple years ago we took our TD ATM card to Canada, after adding $1,000. We went to an ATM at a TD Bank in Canada. It refused the card. Went inside the bank and asked what the problem was. They didn't know. Finally we called the US 800 # from the bank. They said that because we hadn't used the ATM card in over a year, it was cancelled. The expiry date on the card was almost a year away. Pire service du monde. Toujours des problèmes. Je pense changer de banque constamment. Je n’ai pas accès à mon compte depuis des jours et il n’y a pas de réponse par téléphone en plus ils disent ne rien pouvoir faire au comptoirs. Au moins, j’ai eu un café qui goûtait moyen. C’est un vrai cauchemars cette banque. Déconseille fortement.

The worst bank ever. Hear it is 9:50pm and I have been on hold for over 1 hour. I will never bank with them.
Ready to close my account. I'm on the phone with TD and the girl sounds like she must be high on something! They all seem nice but know nothing about banking!
