TD bank is horrible bank people stay away from them, I think they are some undercover racist. I was affected by the pandemic had to borrow some money from one of my IRA accounts to clear up some death and they flag my check when I called the loan company because TD bank was making look like it wasn't their fault the loan company told me the check was already cleared, they advertise how much they are helping people who are affected by the pandemic but it's all lies, stay away from this bank they are not for regular people.
A sad story of a bank that used to be good but is now too inconvenient. After 15 years, I am closing all my accounts with them. Now the hold times are just too long (sometimes 40+ minutes). Poorly trainined service now. No abillity to speak to supervisors. Constantly making excuses like blaming other departments, and tranferring you. They most recently canceled all my debit cards due to one online bill pay they couldn't identify which i legitamatley did. tried for 2 weeks to call in to cancel account. still cant get through, keep accruing fees in the meantime. awful.
What is wrong with the customer service line. it said hold time would be 6-10 min. I have been on hold for 30min!! and still waiting!! SMH. This is the second time.

td bank do not care about the customer, but about the money. due to not working much I am stuck paying the clowns $15 ,every month. I'm so done with them. oh even if you say dont charge card if you dont have money well they still allow transaction to go through and still charge you $35 , even you not approve it. with Cofid-19 this is a money maker for them.
