Dont know what to say after I read all the reviews saying the same thing and wish I read the reviews before I open an account. This back by far us the wrost bank to have and I had nothing but issues and I fo not recommend opening an account unless you enjoy having issues.
worst institution I have ever banked with. Would not recommend to anyone! Impossible to get answers from anyone even after 3 weeks of attempting to. Would close my account today but apparently a direct deposit takes 2 days to clear.
No. My husband took out a line of credit and when he had financial and health difficulties they would not help us to be able to manage to pay them and survive. We continue to pay as we can and they have so far charged us $7000. in late fees and "fee assessments" whatever that is. The title "Most convenient bank" is a joke.
To be honest, I went to this bank couple times and never experienced great service. This time is unacceptable. I was depositing cash in to my account. There was a long line on Saturday and when a teller (woman in red curly and short hair) saw me deposited cash into my account. I think, She started to yell something like this ( hello, we have an ATM. If you want to deposit or withdraw, just do it at the ATM. This is why we have ATM). I have called customer service four times in the last week to resolve an online access problem. Each time I have to explain to a new individual the problem, taking about 10 minutes of my time and your employee's. Apparently there are no reference numbers or notes to files. No one could resolve our HOA issue although each promised to direct to the resource center (if there is one) to resolve it and call me back. Still nothing. End of month is here. I would not recommend this bank at all!!! my debit card info was stolen on Friday and the information that is coming up on my account says TD Bank. so I been calling everyday and been on hold for hours trying to get some information so I can fill a police report. so far today I been on the phone for 37 mins and still waiting.. I have also talked to three people about what is going on and they keep wanted to switch me to another department.. smh... wow
