If you try to cash a check there that’s drawn on them but you don’t have an account they purposely raise their price to $10. They should be waving the fee but they’re all about themselves what a scummy scummy business they already have lawsuits against them for overcharge fees losers. Is if they don’t make enough of people bunch of scumbags
Terrible customer service, over 1 hour hold times on the phone.
THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!
They charge a 10 maintenance fee for checking you get treated like a second class citizen when you call into customer service which they are rude they ask several questions about your account to verify and when you give them the correct information they keep telling you that your wrong. I believe this system is not proper and they do not treat their customers with the respect they deserve I will be banking with a credit union.
Thanks for stealing my money!
