I'm COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with TD BANK! I felt TD was the right bank for me, NOT!!! I got "charged" $3 EACH TIME I "Looked" at my balance AND $3 (fair fee) every time I TOOK OUT MONEY! I was NOT TOLD ABOUT THE "Extra" fee and WASTED TIME & MONEY! (I live over 5 HOURS AWAY!) It impacted my CREDIT and my BLOOD PRESSURE!
Worst Bank EVER! Customer service sucks! Trying to log in to pay the balance of my TD credit card and then close that account and my TD Checking account and then go to Republic but the security question asked me a question that I CAN'T ANSWER BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A YOUNGER BROTHER so the account is now locked out. Well the 20 plus minute wait in the phone queue to unlock it sucks too!
Advertised itself as the Most Convenient Bank. In my opinion it just might be the worst. Paying off my car loan was a horrible experience in communication. Resolved by visiting a branch and had the help of "Sudha" who also had difficulty in establishing communication. It was a tedious and time consuming process.

One of their customers hacked my 401 K and almost took all my money out, fortunately Fidelity Sent me a letter asking if I authorized it and I called and stopped it. Fidelity is supposed to investigate. I filed a police report and sent a complaint to cyber crimes at the FBI. I tried to call and discuss it with TD Bank fraud department, they had me on hold for a half hour and then wouldn't discuss it with me. That same customer hacked my payroll and almost got my whole paycheck coming on Friday. TD Bank should be shut down! !... read more
