There is always a wait at this bank. Very limited staff. No matter what time you go there. Atm card machine is always down (not working). Someone in france seem to use my pos ofren. And it takes 6 months for me to get my money back. After an investigation. MOST CONVENIENT.. I think not. I will be moving on asap.

they are the worse bank in the world , have a auto loan with them, there customer service is so bad, I will never have anything to with that bank again, Ive had Rockland trust for 25 years and never and , any problem with them, so beware of the Td bank , never never, check other banks first, not them,so disappointed in them,
TD has been very good to me. I had three overdrafts at once when some autopays went through the day before payday. They reduced the charges substantially. I bank in New Hampshire, but TD Bank is TD Bank, right?
Very bad customer service with recent problem, I had to eat $100.00 in fees! Merchant was willing to do a 3 way call, td refused to help with this!!!! Have been a customer for 18+ years and got the shaft. will be removing al of our accounts when I can get auto deposits and all ach payments moved. Customers BEWARE!
