TD bank are thieves. They see that you got paid and they take your whole cheque just to satisfy themselves and leave you with a PENNY. They're gutless people who need to learn empathy and grow a heart.
I have been on hold for 45 minutes, td used to be so customer service oriented in my town, now I can call Maine and get nowhere, go local credit unions!
Tried to send Secure message by online Mobile app. No option via the main site to send a message. What happened Penny Arcade?? No notice via TD Bank alerts about the upgrade??? Better rethink Customer Service.. Some notification about the machines down for an extended period of time would have been appreciated.

Really? This is how you treat kids? Your locations should have the ink that it needs to print. My 9 year old son worked hard to save money and to say that you can't print in his bank book is just wrong!
td bank is stealing my money again.....i took money at their location twice, it left me a positive balamce then later i over drew on purpose..they charged me for 3 over draw fees when i only over drew once... all i want is the money back they took when i didnt over draw. i know they have done this to others..if this dont work ill call the attorney general who is well awere of their overdraw fees please help
EVERYDAY I send wires or ACH's to clients or reps and EVERYDAY they get blocked and I sit on hold for 15 minutes waiting for customer service rep who ends up transferring me to someone else so I can repeat all the same information AGAIN. We will be looking to take our business account elsewhere
