I have to agree with the last review as this was also our experience, we still have outstanding issues that have been ignored and not addressed by the East Midlands customer service team and site team.
I would advise proceeding with Taylor Wimpey on this development at your own risk, especially if you are prepared to wait an extended period to resolve issues that you raised 8 to 10 months ago. The most problematic aspects of this development are their customer relationship team and the site manager. They may agree to address concerns like drainage and other issues, but their primary focus seems to be obtaining an NHBC review from you.
