Wonderful place
Be diligent with this company. Have purchased an apartment of one their development. Gas boiler installed was not supported, can’t get gas safe engineer to service. Subsequently, replaced boiler despite complaints. They don’t care. Don’t trust them. Better construction company is Belway. Will never trust Taylor Wimpey.
Law onto themselves they have set up a 100ft drill only a few metres from Elm House on Brook Avenue , expect to be sued if that building collapses and causes serious injuries or deaths , I have reported you to the council and Health and Safety executive.
