Great housing
Buildings are being given to London boroughs, and the knife crime is coming with them. The buildings themselves are poor quality. Last year we had woodlouse infestations, this year we straight up have maggots coming out the wall... myself and my neighbours are all clean people. There is no clear explanation. Alot of the buildings also have subsidence that triggers around 3 years after completion. Just as the warranty runs out.
