Update: 03/04/2024 My comments about the pre-sales team stand true from my original post, they are excellent, but the post-sales support is compareable to trying to catch raindrops with a sieve. Initially the support was good, but quickly dropped off to being ignored. Multiple chasers and no response. Only way to get someone to even look at a job is to raise a complaint, which even then gets acknowledged only if you phone the pre-sales team with your issues to create noise from their side to get it reviewed. To be fair all the Taylor Wimpey representatives we have spoken to in the multiple locations have been miles above the rest (Bellway, Cala & David Wilson in this area). Communication via email is super quick, clear and a breath of fresh air as the whole process has been less stressful than planning a holiday.
