Terrible sound insulation. I can hear the neighbor's dog run around the house. When they turn on the tumble dryer our entire house sounds like an earthquake. We asked customer service about the issue but they tried their best to ignore us. After 2 months of waiting we got a completion certificate from a solar company, someone inspected the wall and came to the conclusion adding more insulation won't fix the issue so they won't bother doing anything.
