We completed 5 weeks ago and still have issues with the site team post completion, awful gardens, poor drainage on drive way, LIVE wires left under kitchen cabinets, out of NHBC tolerance floors and ceilings, 9 scratched windows, shockingly fitted kitchen, flexi pipes to toilet broken, broken electrical wires to spot lights above shower .. Look Elsewhere! The staff at the sales office honestly are fantastic however the experience is let down massively by customer services. For the most part I have positive things to say however I've been in correspondence regarding a flooding issue for the best part of 7 months and have learned that this is the case for almost every resident here. Visited the Taylor Wimpey new housing site at Fox Wood Garden Village. This new housing site is being developed at a very fast pace. Had the experience to view their show homes. The show homes 🏡 are very beautifully designed, spacious and installed with well crafted fixtures. The area is quite peaceful and close to the nature. Staff at the Sales office are quite professional and very cooperative. 👍🏻
