I was very close to purchasing a flat from this development. I am extremely lucky I did not as it came to light the after care is non existent; water is shut off frequently in entire blocks...slices of pizza are handed out as some form of apology? I have never heard of anything like it... It's pathetic. I suggest in future the developer invest in better management.

Post-purchase customer care has been abysmal - with complete unresponsiveness with regard to severe and potentially structural issues. Still not getting anywhere with the customer service teams almost 1 year after purchase.
Only a brief visit but an interesting and we'll appointed development. The one bed flat I visited was roomy with all you'd require in terms of room space.
