Extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment booked for weeks so I have arranged childcare for my 5 months old baby to go and get my hair done, which I don’t always get to do, and I get there and the receptionist tells me they tried to call just twice(no calls on my phone) to say that the hairdresser was sick. Again, I had no missed calls. However if you have to, then call 5 times, send a message, send an email as you cannot do that to people. Did a walk-in and was lucky to get Vincenzo Demarinis who really knows curly hair! He gave me a great blow dry – not always easy to find someone who understands wavy/curly thick hair. Highly recommend!
